This is not a Walmart Vanguard, when fired tested at the factory the best grouping rifles were identified as "SUB Minute of Angle." They received a special identifying floor plate, bedded in a Bell & Carlson stock.

Trigger was tuned by a gunsmith.
Vias muzzle brake was added.
Talley one-piece 30mm rings are included.
Factory box, paperwork, factory test target included.
